online level is too low

These days is pretty easy for anybody to get access to a poker site and put his money. But i can't really believe some guys that really don't know not only how to play but i doubt if they even know the rules of the game they play. The level of online poker is pretty low. That has some advantages and some disadvantages. The main advantage is that if are a good player you can make a lot of money. The main disadvantage is that these guys play every hand even for an all in situation so you ll be needing some luck cause an all in is always a coin flip. Even if you play A Q against A 2.

how would a pro play to minimize luck factor

First of all a professional poker player knows when he has the best hand and when has the worst hand in a table. So in order to play with an amateur he will try not to play a lot of money in a hand or at least he will try having the odds for him. Playing with A K against an amateur that has A 9 and he thinks that he rules the world is a nice deal for a pro.
